HP EliteDesk 800 65W G4 Base Model Desktop Mini PC

I have a problem on boot whereupon an error message appears ˋThere is a problem with the HP Endpoint Security Controller …..´.  There is no error reference number showing.  The device is an Elitedesk 800 G4 Mini PC.  I have upgraded the bios from version 2.19 to 2.25 and upgraded the operating system with a new install to Windows 11 23H2.  The error message still persists.  However, I am able to carrying on booting and I do not perceive any further troubles operating my PC.  From what I can see from other messages about this problem, the solution seems to require a motherboard replacement.  Unfortunately my PC is now out of warranty so is there any tweak to the operating system that would stop this message appearing on boot despite the Controller problem being present?
