Hello.

 

When you are in the Display Settings page, select the Scaling option from the drop down list as shown below. If you click the yellow button you will get to Custom Scaling options which will allow you to set a custom scaling % which applies to every display on your computer. The warning is just informational.

In any case, the worst case scenario is that if you set the scaling to very high, program windows will not have enough space to show the HUGE font so navigating back to the Scaling setting screen to reset it may be difficult. Scaling of 125-150 % do not pose any problems, so just go for it!

Thank you very much for your help. I will try to increase to 150%. I do not have the dropdown menu as shown in your reply.

I changed the scale to 150% but it was not good to read all my apps on the desktop. I returned to 125% scale and the  textsize of the reading  list remains small. The texsize on the desktop is perfect. The warning on my computer that you might not can go back was right.
