HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M6AV)

Over the years I have bought several HP laptops and had no problems what so ever.

The only reason i replaced my laptop's was to get a newer, more upto date model.

I never had any problems and had no hesitation in buying a New HP laptop based on previous experience.

I bought my ENVY 360 13 in good faith to replace my  NOTE BOOK 15. in 2022 and expected a life span of at least 6 years.

The Fault with my laptop RIGHT HINGE FAULT appears to be very common based on my research and your Community Forum.

My Warranty may have expired in 2023 but I would expect it to last more than 30 months.

Is this an Inherent manufacturing fault ?

Are HP recalling any units based on this common fault.

Are HP offering any free repairs being AS THIS IS A COMMON FAULT.
