Envy 360 screen hinge broke

Opened my envy to check email the other day and noticed the right hinge seems to have popped loose from the back, separating from the screen a bit.  For the most part everything still functions, I was able to remove a couple loose screws that seemed to have broken free from the plastic they were embedded/glued to.   This seems to be a very common complaint with this model. What are the next steps to get this repaired?  What and where do I get replacement parts.

Sending me a private message telling me I have a hardware issue and to contact support did not/does not solve my issue. 

For the community and me, is this a known issue with these hinges that HP will take care of?

If HP has not acknowledged the problem, kindly direct me to where I can purchase a replacement part and complete the repair.

Page 26 has the display assembly, however when HP part store for either the display or " Display back cover (includes the wireless antenna cables and transceivers)  L93204-001", the part is not found.
