Bought January 2023. 3 weeks later keyboard was not working properly. Sent it to hp service. They said it couldn't be fixed. I feel this is not right and would like to speak to someone who can help me with this matter. I need this laptop for my business. I do not have money to just throw away so I cannot afford to just go buy a new laptop because someone says mine can't be fixed. Doesn't make sense to me how they can think so little of someone who has been a loyal hp user.

I wish we could help you on this but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.
We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.
We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repairs and Service Centers, sales, or legal (i.e., warranty). Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.
But I have referred your thread to the forum Moderators -- so expect a reply from them.
