Hi all,
We want to upgrade the pro books bios, since windows does not supply these we want to do it trough HPIA. we don't want to put the password plane text and HPIA does not seem to understand the use of a secure environment variable in PowerShell. so the only valid option would be to create an password file. But we run into an error with creating the encrypted password file with HPQPswd64(version 1.1.27.1.) When inputting our current password it trows an error when typing the "/" key. it gives the error Illegal Character! Your password must be Alphanumeric. so we cant complete the creation of the file, if I use the command line I don't get an error but the file does not get created.
is there anyway around this issue ?
