Hi,
Please help me figure this out.
Setup:
HP Essential USB-C G5 Dock (1.0.18.0)
HP 840 G5 - Windows 11 22H2
HP ZBook firefly G8 - Windows 11 22H2
Supported versions: HP Image Assistant Supported Platforms | HP Client Management Solutions
All three updated with latest firmware,BIOS,driver etc. with HPIA.
Recently this week the HP 840 G5 started to disconnnect the ethernet.
In network-settings gui in Windows 11 logon screen, it says "Blocked". The network cable is connected to the dock.
If i disconnect the cable, WIFI works.
If i connect the network cable directly to the computer, the ethernet works.
If i connect the ZBook G8 to the dock, and the ethernet cable in the dock, this works on the ZBook G8.
Ethernet driver on 840 G5: 12.19.1.32
I noticed 12.19.1.37 Rev.P version on the product drivers page, downloaded and installed. But version doesn't change in device manager. Also HPIA won't find any new drivers for this computer.
What happend to the 840 G5 and G5 Dock connection?
