Hi All,

 

We started experiencing issue related to mute and unmute issue by pressing F8 Key and same with F1 key,

Currently have 6-7 machines having similar issue,

We have already tried installing the Hotkeys Driver and Audio Driver but issue persist.

It seems you're experiencing issues with the mute/unmute functionality when pressing the F8 and F1 keys. Could you clarify if this problem is related to the speakers, the microphone, or an external mic/speaker setup?
