Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Hi there,

I tried installing HP MIK on the MECM server today, but the 26000 error message came up. I also cannot find the log file (HPClientSCCM2012Kit-setup.log) indicated on the alert message.  Can you help me out with this issue?

 

Here is the spec of SCCM server

  • Windows Server 2019 Standard Edition 1809 / OS Build: 17763.2452
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Current Branch - version 2103)

make sure you have .net 4.8 in the CM server... also, install the MIK on a CM primary, not a CM console server
