The fan of my laptop runs almost all the time. The HP Support updated all drivers and bahavious is still the same. The temperatur of the CPU is always between 70°C to 95°C and the CPU load is at 15% in average.

Is this an hardware failure and should I request a  hardware exchange of the CPU?

I compared with my colleagues and their CPU temperatures are in a range of 45°C to 60°C (max).

Pls explain why CPU temperature raises from 54C to 95C in 2 seconds when I plug in the HP docking station into the USB C port
