Fingerprint Recognition

i want to enable fingerprint recognition in my elitebook 830 G7 Serail Number (edited) but it shows "we can't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint" please help me to enable it. i already tried different methods but not working. Please provide the best solution to solve my problem and enable it

The fingerprint reader is an optional feature on this series.

If your computer does not have a fingerprint reader, the little "box" is actually a cover plate and not a real sensor.

You can purchase and install a fingerprint reader for your system.

Your service guide includes illustrations, part numbers, and instructions.

Open the document -- search for all instances of "fingerprint".
