Product: HP EliteDisplay E273m 27-inch Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

E273m had distorted conference sound from day one and despite numerous contacts with HP was never fully resolved.
Came across SP114183 firmware update specifically to address the exact sound issue I had. Updated the firmware.
Update reported as successful. Now lost all sound in all modes other than hissing.

Can't find a way to revert firmware, can't get through to HP using ANY of options.

Other than throwing it in the bin any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
