Hello all,

 

I'm experiencing an issue with HP Hotkey Support and Windows 11 24H2. The Fn + F8 mic mute hotkey doesn't work at all. When pressed, I receive an empty dialog box from the HP Hotkey Support app—it only has an "OK" button with no text. All other hotkeys are working normally—this issue seems to affect only the mic mute function.

 

I've tried updating all drivers and software using HP Image Assistant, but the issue still persists. The laptop is an HP Elite x360 1040 14-inch G10 2-in-1.

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
