when I press Fn key + brightness keys (F5 & F6), the brightness of display doesn't work and can't adjust brightness. Also the Other keys+ Fn key don't work, just volume+Fn key is working. After pressing the error says "HP application enabling services is not installed or not running". windows is 10.
