Forgotten BIOS Administrator Password – HP ProBook 650 G1Notebook Boot and Lockup

Hello, I have an HP ProBook 650 G1 and I have forgotten the BIOS Administrator password. When I press Esc and then F10, it asks for the BIOS password immediately, and I cannot enter BIOS Setup without it.

I am the owner/user of this laptop. I would like to know the official HP procedure for recovering or resetting the forgotten BIOS Administrator password.

Please let me know what official support or service option is available for this model.

I have an HP ProBook 650 G1. I forgot the BIOS Administrator password.

When I turn on the laptop, I press Esc and then F10 to open BIOS Setup, but it immediately asks for the BIOS password. I do not have the password and cannot access the BIOS settings.

There have been no recent hardware or software changes related to this issue. I would like to know the official HP procedure or support option for resetting or recovering the forgotten BIOS Administrator password for this model.
