Zbook 17 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hallo an die Community,

 

ich habe mir in meinem Zbook 17 G5 eine neue Systemplatine als Systemupgrade von einem I7 zu einem I9 eingebaut. Alles funktioniert prima.

Die Systemplatine befindet sich allerdings in dem Manufacturemode und fragt nach Seriennummer, BuildID und Bios ID.

Nun stelle ich mit die Frage, ob ich die des alten Board eingeben kann. Trotz der Unterschiede zwischen den beiden Systemplatinen. So gesehen würde sich das System mit einer falschen Seriennummer identifizieren und es kommt vielleicht zu falschen Informationen bei der Treiberinstallation oder den Systemeinstellungen.

Bei HP bekam ich dazu keine Hilfe und PC Services konnten mir auch nicht helfen.

Vielleicht hat hier jemand einen nützlichen Tipp.
