Has anyone ever received a defective laptop from hp and was frustrated at the replacement process? They finally picked up my elitebook after a week and a day. It will take 2 to3 business days to complete documentation when they receive it..and another 1 to 2 business days to place another order and ship to me! I have sent lots of mails, made numerous phone calls since receiving a laptop with a non responsive touch pad. The support system is extremely poor.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
