i am using hp zbook 15 g3

function ky and f5& f6 do are not incresing the brightness

any ideas ?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, if the graphics driver is installed, would be to install the latest Hotkey driver for your notebook.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver...

 

HP Hotkey support is a package based on Microsoft DCHU architecture for Universal Windows. This consists of the following:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99001-99500/sp99442.exe
