Function key (fn) and f5 & f6 are no increasing or decreasing the brightness (zbook 15 g3)

i am using hp zbook 15 g3

function ky and f5& f6 do are not incresing the brightness

any ideas ?

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, if the graphics driver is installed, would be to install the latest Hotkey driver for your notebook.

Restart the PC after installing the driver...
