Elitebook850G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I have a problem getting in the BIOS or BOOT menu on my Elitebook 850G5 via the functional keys (F9 or F10).

The FN light is on, and when I press (after turning on the laptop) F9 or F10 or any functional keys, nothing happen.

Saw someone wrote to press ESC key with F10, but also that combination is not working.

The keys are working, cause when I disable the functional keys and press F9 I see the backlit getting brighter and brighter and finally switches off. I tried all different combinations, but I gave up..

Can someone help please ?

Thanks !

Please try to Turn on or restart the computer, and when the HP logo appears, press f10 (w/o Fn key) to enter Computer Setup
