Product: ZenBook Fury 16 G9
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Issue occurs on ZBook Fury 16 G9 when connecting a Thunderbolt Dock G4. Bluetooth stops working. Issue can be resolved if you delete the bluetooth driver (intel) and reboot but on next boot issue repeats.
Someone in the community tested it out on the G2 dock and there was no issue with Bluetooth at all.
G4 firmware is up to date, all drivers are up to date on the laptop.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
