Product: HP Dragonfly 13.5 inch G4 Notebook PC (6Q257AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My G5 dock does not power on when connected to my Dragonfly G4 laptop.  I have updated the BIOS with no joy.  Any tips?

The dock has a Power switch you have to use it. It ONLY power on when connecting to compatible machines including your machine.

 

I'm using HP USB-C G5 (5TW10AA) docks on my HP 840 G5 and Zbook Firefly 14 g10 (Intel).

Thanks for your replay. The power button does not work. My machine is compatible. I have the dock plugged into power as well. Am I missing something like a setting to get it to work?

Bumping this thread because I had a user with this exact issue. Also have users that are just seeming to all have docking station issues this week. 

 

Have you guys heard anything? Windows Update perhaps?
