Hi.

More information needed.

How many screens, which models, which resolutions? There is limited amount of bandwidth available in the USB-C and Displayport.

Do all the screens flicker at the same time, does Windows detect that the screen was disconnected?

Your screens may have settings for DP/HDMI. Enable DP 1.4 and DSC if they have such settings.

Update your laptop graphics GPU drivers.

Make sure you use the power supply provided with the dock, not the laptop's power supply.

Have you tried the dock with other computers? It will work with non-HP laptops/desktops as well.

Try connecting one display at a time to the dock for troubleshooting purposes.

Can you connect the displays directly to your laptop. Can it drive the displays without flickering?

Your dock may of course have a hardware problem if you can't get it working. Contact HP for a replacement if under warranty.
