HP Recommended

My G5 docking station is getting power because the light on the bottom is illuminated but the dock won’t power on. I’ve seen comments to potentially update/download update but since it won’t turn on or connect to computer, I don’t know how. Any ideas how to resolve?

Is this for HP's USB-C Dock G5 ? What is the HP computer model you are talking about ?
