Product: G5 Docking station
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My docking station keeps losing power.  If I unplug it restarts only to turn off again a few minutes later.

Are you talking about USB-C Gen 5 dock ? How do you connect it to what machine ? Are THEY compatible ?

Thanks - I finally got onto support - and it appears that I have hardware failure.  The docking station had previously been working perfectly well.
