Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I want to register my OSS packs for my newly purchased HPE Probook laptops.

Upon clicking the link I've received & logging in with my HPE credentials, I receive this message:

Channel Service Network

Your HPID user ID is valid, but there are no GCSN user credentials linked to this ID. For help, please contact GCSN Business Support Organization.

Please click here to logout of the GCSN application, then login again.

How can I receive these GCSN credentials?

Hello @Verbeke

This is HPI and if you are logging into the self-maintainer program you would need to open a ticket with them.  If you are trying to get into the HPE you can try this link https://csn.hpe.com/hpcsn/?hpp this is for their login.  If you profile is with HPE you should be able to log into the link provided and the account should work.

Thank you,

Chris A
