Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

literally 3 days after unpacking the device, a delay and sticking of keys appeared on the keyboard. Nothing was spilled on the keyboard, garbage did not get between the keys. The problem is most noticeable in games when the device is difficult. I did not find a solution to this problem on the Internet, reinstalling the system did not help.
