HP 245 G7 Notebook PC (9EC02AV)

My laptop some blue screen errors, I am facing regularly sometimes it comes after turning on and  sometimes it comes while working, suddenly restart some time hanging issue. I have some sample pics an attached below this mail please check and resolve this problem.

And one more Information laptop was 2 month & 11days under warranty

Hi.

 

This sounds like a hardware issue. If it is still under warranty I would take it to a HP service and let them diagnose the problem.

 

If you are out of warranty, you should run diagnostics software on the system.

 

Your HP laptop may have a diagnostics option in the boot menu. Keep hitting ESC after you power on the laptop and select diagnostics from the menu if it is there. You can run all diagnostics if you like, but the likely culprits are the memory and/or hard drive.

 

If there is no diagnostics available, you can download and install the UEFI diagnostics package from HP which will install the diagnostics onto your hard drive's UEFI partition and try again during next reboot to run the diags. You can also try the Windows Hardware diagnostics package (and hope that the computer won't keep BSODing while running it)

You can also run the Windows Memory Diagnostic which comes with Windows if you are unable to download or install anything. The test is time consuming and could take an hour or two to complete.
