The answer is, yes, you can do that, depending on your power bank's capacity. You also have to weigh (literally so) the advantages and disadvantages of a portable power bank's size.
Your mileage may vary, but I have been using a "HALO Bolt 58,830 mWh [24,512 mAh] Portable Phone Laptop Charger" to occasionally power an older HP laptop (ProBook 6560b), which currently sells at $97 in the US via Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Halo-Portable-Laptop-Charger-Starter/dp/B079FSPRXM/ref=sr_1_12_sspa?crid=18JB..., if your laptop can be charged using a USB C charge port, this power bank would be ideal: AOHI Laptop Power Bank, 100W 30,000 mAh [72,000 mWh] USB C Portable Laptop Charger, which sells currently for $100 (- $25 coupon!) in the US via Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Portable-30000mAh-AOHI-Capacity-Charging/dp/B09KGZJWSD/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=1....
It is not clear to me where -or rather, how, you can order a power bank in your country, though.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
