On my new HP 470 G10 Laptop withe Windows 11 64 bit I have a Realtek audio driver current version: 6.0.9503.1 installed an HP Support Assistant doesn't find a new driver version.

Yesterday I tried to install the Realtek Audio Console who replace the old Realtek Audio Manager.

On another device, a Lenovo Notebook with Windows 11, I could install it 4 weeks ago without problems.

On my HP Notebook, I get always an error message by downloading an it failed see attachment. The problem is that this App only can be downloaded from the Engl/Us Store of Microsoft.

A repair and a reset of the Microsoft store doesn't solve the problem an other Apps from the Microsoft store i an download without problems.

So I think, it must be HP who blocks this download, so we are very annoyed about it!!!

We need this App immediately and HP has to contact Microsoft to solve this problem or HP has to create an own download tool for this Realtek Audio Console (Realtek Audio Control).

And why does HP never issue a driver Update for this Realtek Audio driver?

A completely new setup of Windows 11 doesn't solve the problem too!!!

On a Lenovo Notebook with Windows 11 it has been installed a  never Realtek Audio Driver version 6.0.9570.1 by the first setup of Windows 11! So I can't recommend this HP 470 G10 Notebook and I never buy it again!!! Realtek Audio Treiber HP 470 G10.pngRealtek Audiocontrol lässt ich nicht installieren.png
