Hi there

 

My HP 820 G1 doesnt detect this ssd

 

SSD M.2 2242 Toshiba RC100 240GB 3D TLC NVMe

 

anyone knows why? already turn on the m2 in bios

The series supports M.2 SATA only, your Toshiba drive uses NVMe protocol therefore it won't work. More info
