Hi Folks,

 

I need your help in resolving this ongoing issue when installing the sp153072_HPBIOSandSystemFirmware(U70U71U76) downloaded from HP Image Assistant for my laptop HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC when it is connected via the HP USB-C Dock G5:

Hello.

 

You had the same problem in April and I replied with steps to overcome the problem. Did or did it not help back then? It is very helpful for other readers as well if you provide feedback - positive or negative.

There is no log file in the directory C:\SWSetup\SP151464?

Hi,

 

HPIA supports /debug parameter to write a log file. Have you tried it?
