Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all

 

A quick question if I may. Windows update automatically updated my HP Probook 450 G8 BIOS over to version 1.14.00, however after this update, the laptop is definitely slower and laggy. 

 

Is it possible to restore my old bios version? I've tried to read online but I am not 100% sure about how to go about doing this? My laptop is an HP Probook 450 G8 i3 11th Gen 512GB SSD.
