Product: HP ZBook X G1i 16 inch Mobile Workstation PC (B4YT4AV)

Is it possible to speak to a person in the Complaints Dept regarding a complaint about a repair? I've tried to raise a complaint twice and both times I've been promised a call back which hasn't happened and the complaint has been closed internally.

HP support is terrible.
