HP Recommended

I get this when trying to login to the Channel Service Network website:

 

Your HPID user ID is valid, but there are no GCSN user credentials linked to this ID. For help, please contact GCSN Business Support Organization.

Please click here to logout of the GCSN application, then login again.

 

We were able to access it for warranty etc., but it no shows the above.
