Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

With no success in reaching any assistance by phone, I am requesting help with regards to my Care Pack Rebate which was purchased three years ago. The guidelines are quite clear but my printed rebate form from the time of purchase is missing. Is there any way that I can provide the other documentation that I have saved along with a current rebate form to receive the rebate? I'm a loyal HP customer and would appreciate some flexibility in this matter. Thank you.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
