Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx

My HP Care Pack expired.  I had read that if I had not ever used the Care Pack for repair of my product, I would then be refunded the cost I paid for the Care Pack when I bought it three years ago.  I phone HP Support and was told to call HP Focused Solutions.  when I call that Focused Solutions phone number at [Content Removed].  The recording cuts off and I cannot leave a message.  Any help on whom or where to phone will b e appreciated.
