Product: HP EliteBook 650 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4W5J9AV)

Hello Community,

 

In the buissines we use many HP Notebooks. Now I search a way to upgrade the BIOS from them. All devices are fully managed by Intune. So I found the HP Connect Service "https://connect.admin.hp.com/".

Someone here that can tell my something about it? Use and Costs?
The website itself have not enough information. Additionally I called the Service Desk and the Guy on phone didn't know about it. But he toled me that the service is shut down by HP.
