HP Dock Usb-C not detect monitors on Probook 470 G8

i have new laptop probook 470 g8 and dock usb-c dock.

The dock not detect monitors. i updated all what i can, install graphich driver from hp and intel, update the firmwares on laptop and dock, update all drivers, try with older drivers. 

nothing helps. 

please for help or advise what can i do else.

Sorry, I used "find 470" that why.  How do you connect them ? The dock has 2 DP ports and one HDMI port. I tested the dock on my Dell series 13-7000, HP Elitebook 840 G5 and HP Envy 15-ee0047nr using all 3ports for 3 FHD monitors and they all worked. I'm using the dock for the HP 840 G5 on 1 monitor now. Have you checked the monitor and cable ?

i try connect via dp and hdmi, and its no picture.

if connect monitor direct with hdmi on laptop, its works.
