Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with Combo Cable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear Community, dear HP support,
we have two Z-Book Firefly and two HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with Combo Cables.
It happens once in a while, that after the Notebook recovers from Sleep State (4/5?), that the Screens are no longer discovered/available to the system.
Even a reboot didn't help. Only removing Power from the dock did work.
In fact, it got worse after updating to the latest firmware.
I am taking care of the IT for my customers here, that paid quite something for professional hardware.
@HP is there maybe another solution then: "Turn it off and on again!"?
Many greetings from Cologne,
Florian
