Product: HP Pro Book 460

I just purchased a new Pro Book laptop directly from HP. I'm trying to get the extended warranty recognized by the HP assistant, the HP assistant and HP online support say the serial number is invalid on my new computer. I cannot get past that message to speak with customer service to fix this.

 

I'm about to return a 2000.00 order and go buy a Dell computer!
