I DOWNLOADED THE DRIVER OF HP DESKJET 2320 AND THE HP EASY START IS DOWNLOADED BUT IT'S NOT FINDING THE SOFTWARE IN IT !!!!!! WHAT IS WRONGGGG????????

It sounds frustrating that HP Easy Start isn't finding the software for your HP DeskJet 2320. Here are a few things to try.

 

Check the Software Installation Folder

Ensure that the driver for the HP DeskJet 2320 you downloaded is fully extracted and located in a recognizable folder. Sometimes HP Easy Start can't detect it if the software is still in a compressed format (like .zip) or hasn't been installed correctly.

Run HP Easy Start as Administrator

Try running HP Easy Start with administrative privileges:

  • Right-click on the HP Easy Start icon.
  • Select Run as Administrator.

Uninstall and Reinstall HP Easy Start

Uninstall the HP Easy Start application, then download and reinstall the latest version from the HP website. Sometimes the version installed may have issues, and a fresh installation can help.

Use the Driver Directly

Instead of relying on HP Easy Start, you can install the driver manually:

  • Go to HP’s official DeskJet 2320 driver page and download the drivers specific to your operating system.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions for manual installation.

Temporarily Disable Firewall/Antivirus
