HP ELITE x2 1012 G1

MY SCREEN WENT BLACK ON MY HP ELITE X2. THERE IS STILL POWER AS WHEN I PRESS THE POWER THE KEYBOARD LIGHTS UP AND THE SIDE LIGHTS UP WHEN I PRESS THE POWER BUTTON.

I WENT ONLINE AND CHECKED WARRANTY STATUS AND IT SAYS ITS EXPIRED LAST YEAR. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE AS I BOUGHT THIS PC FROM VERIZON LAST MARCH 20TH, I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT.

I CONTACTED THE BUSINESS DEPARTMENT AND WAS TOLD TO FIND RECEIPT AND CALL BACK, I FOUND THE RECEIPT AND HAVE NOW TRIED CALLING BACK TWICE, AND HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR EACH TIME IN WHICH I HAD TO HANG UP AS WHO HAS TIME TO WAIT THIS LONG

THIS IS BECOMING A JOKE AS I FEEL HP IS TRYING TO WAIT UNTIL MY WARRANTY IS UP TO HELP ME, IN WHICH PLACE I AM SCREWED.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELPPPPPPP THIS IS GETTING VERY AGGRAVATING

SONEONE PLEAS EHELP AND PLEAS EHELP QUICKKKKKKKKKKK

sorry you are having these problems, but i wonder if you went back to Verizon, where you purchased the tablet to find out about the warranty

as a side note (i use the same tablet, and have used for a couple of years), one thing you can try to recover the x2 tablet, is hold down the volume down key and press power together for about 15 seconds. Then, try restarting with the power button for a second or two

if you can get your tablet back up, make sure you update the BIOS and drivers as wuickly as possible. you can use HP Softpaq Download Manager to do all updates - https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/HP_SDM_Setup.exe
