Product: HP Elite X2 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Need help with my HP Elite X2 G2 notebook/ laptop it's not charging.
I've tried all types of chargers 65w, 45w, and so on but no luck. the laptop is working fine when I place a new battery but no charge. When I tried to place other chargers. the charging light is blinking white and orange.
Brind it for repair they told me the possibilities are damaged power ic. Here is the photo of power IC which has a shortage and the other image of where the IC is located.
Any help where I can buy the IC will be appreciated. And any possible solutions. Thanks in advance
