Hello, i need a feedback from your side.

I have a Laptop HP EliteBook 655 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC IDS Base Model and i encounter a issue like:

When i try to start the Laptop the power buton and de wound buton flashing for few seconds and stop and the Laptop dosen't start.

I try to reset the battery but dosen't work.

Has anyone else had this problem with this model of Laptop, was it a wardware  problem?
