Hi guys,
I'm hoping that one of you can help me out, I'm kind of clueless when it comes to this stuff.
I have a HP EliteBook 820 G3, it wont start up and I am met with 3 long beeps, followed by two short beeps immediately after. Caps look flashes white, and so does f12 (num lock), whilst f11 flashes with a red light.
I have now been met with a white screen which reads:
POST error
The system time is invalid. This may be the result of a loss in battery power.
Set the correct time and date using your operating system. If this message persists, then you may need to replace the onboard battery...
Although I have recently replaced the battery. What else can I do?

Hello.
You can always diagnose the beep / blink codes with the this HP document:
HP Desktop PCs - Computer beeps or a light blinks during startup | HP® Support
The battery error - which may or may not be related to the blinks/beeps - refers to a RTC battery inside the laptop, which keeps the time, date and laptop BIOS configuration data even when your battery runs out of power or you remove the main battery.
This battery is replaceable, available and not particularly expensive it is a stadard CR2302 battery in fancy casing - the actual labor for replacing the battery may be more expensive than the battery part.
I recommend contacting a local HP service partner and have them diagnose the laptop, order the battery and then service the laptop when the battery part has arrived.
