Dear All,

 

I'm using HP EliteBook 830 G6(from Japan) with an HP Dock G5. Everything works well and I can power on the laptop with closed lid using the button on the docking station. 

But I am not able to enter any number to Bitlocker with a wireless keyboard receiver plugged in to the dock.

If I open the lid and try with laptop keyboard, works fine.

 

I tried with other models like HP EliteBook x360 830 G6 or HP Probook 440 G8, HP Probook 450 G8-G9-G10 and there was no problem and the lid were closed as well.

 

Please help to find the solution.
