Hello,

 

Wondering if you could assist, when deploying the Elitebook 830 G8 via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (previously SCCM), the TouchPad isn''t working in the WinPE, I've imported the drivers directly into the WinPE image but it's still not working, could you advise? I've seen one similar forums such as Reddit that this is a wider issue at the moment?

 

This is the driver that I imported, it does say for the 840 G8, but in the release notes it does cover the 830 G8, for some reason the download wasn't available on the 830 G8 page: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-elitebook-840-g8-notebook-pc/38216725/...

 

Could you advise?
