Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello, when I try to boot my HP Elitebook using the power button, the power button light, followed by the caps lock light, briefly turn on (without blinking or beeping). Other than that, nothing happens. The first of the 3 indicator lights for booting lights up, and the charging light lights up normally. I fixed this issue the first time it happened by unplugging the battery for a minute and plugging it back in. However, this only lasted for 2 days and now it doesn't work again. Does anyone have a solution for this issue? Thanks.
