Hi there,

in my company we use a lot of HP Notebooks an now i have a Problem with 3 different NBs (all HP EliteBook 845 G8) with the following:

 

There are attatched 2 Monitors with Displayport on the HP USB-C Dock G5, every morning after turning on the Notebook, the 2 Monitors are not working (Network is ok, mouse and keyboard ok, charging ist ok). The only way to get it to work ist to unplug the power of the Dockingstation, plug in the power again and after 2-4 seconds the monitors start to work.

The same i have on three different Notebooks (alle the same Type).

Every Firmware is up to date, every Driver is up to date, BIOS ist ok, i am at the end.

I Changed the Dockingstations, but its still the same.

What can i do exept to call HP to change the Notebooks?
